And, most importantly, we want to make the right decisions for the health and well-being of people who need our support.

In this 3-hour workshop, Dr. Heather Connors shares best practices and some powerful decision-making tools for due diligence that leads to the best possible medical decisions.

Participants will learn from case stories and skill practice activities:
1. What is expected of you by courts, clients, and families
2. How to gather needed information from providers, clients and additional resources
3. A 6-step process for fully analyzing the situation, options and expected results
4. How to create powerful documentation for annual reporting and for explaining your work
