We've all heard the instruction to "put your own oxygen mask on first" so that you can take care of others, but as guardians, we sometimes forget to do that. We triage emergencies to take care of our clients' urgent needs, but what does that do to our own mental health? J.J. Mesko-Kimmich, MEd, LPCC, will help guardians think about what they can control in a client's situation, in order to know what they need to let go. This webinar will address burnout and prioritizing guardians' mental health.
