HELPING HOMELESS OLDER ADULTS. Life without housing is challenging for adults of all ages. Older adults face enormous hurdles that require skilled decisional support. What do guardians need to know to work with these vulnerable clients? Which skills, resources and processes can help guardians accept these clients and provide effective advocacy?

In this 1-hour webinar, The Center is honored to conduct an interactive conversation with Nemo Hashi, Director of Supportive Housing at Hearth.

Participants will learn:
1. Facts about the older adult homeless population that every guardian should know
2. Best practices for connecting to create trust
3. Available services and how to secure them
4. Specific ways to support older adults who are homeless
