Procedures, limitations, modification, termination and due process are among the terms and actions guardians are expected to understand and include.

In this 2-hour training, you will review key legal terms as they apply to guardianship and see how they can impact two case study clients. This information is likely to make up as much as 14% of your certification exam. Exam-style questions presented in this course can help you prepare for guardianship certification.
