**Recorded live event. You must pass the quiz with a score of 80% to receive 1 General CEU from Washington State. You may also receive 1 CEU from the Center for Guardianship Certification. Please check with your state to determine if these CEU credits meet your needs.**
Per Washington state policy, course credit can only be received once per course per biennial reporting period.
Professionals registered in Washington State must submit a completed Course Attestation Form to us via email or course upload in order to receive credit. The Center for Guardianship Excellence is required to report this form to the state within 30 days of the course. It is entirely your responsibility to complete and return the form before the 30-day deadline. The Center is not responsible if credit is not granted due to a missing or late form.
