Per Washington state policy, course credit can only be received once per course per biennial reporting period.

Professionals registered in Washington State must submit a completed Course Attestation Form to us via email or course upload in order to receive credit. The Center for Guardianship Excellence is required to report this form to the state within 30 days of the course. It is entirely your responsibility to complete and return the form before the 30-day deadline. The Center is not responsible if credit is not granted due to a missing or late form.

This case study presentation welcomes guardian Madeline Feist, LICSW, will share the case of a formerly homeless individual living with serious mental illness and a cancer diagnosis. Madeline will walk us through the process of gaining the individual’s trust, supporting him during physical and mental health hospitalizations, and advocating for the client's wishes when other providers have pushed for a more restrictive living environment.
