What can a guardian do when a client appears to thwart repeated efforts to help her overcome alcohol addiction? This is the subject of our Rounds presentation by a guardian with quite a detailed story to tell.

Participants will learn the many steps that were taken and the challenging outcomes that occurred.

At the end of this program, learners will:
1. Have been exposed to what makes a client who abuses substances so challenging
2. Learn techniques and tools to support a client with substance use issues
3. Hear from other learners how they manage clients who use alcohol excessively
