Description
Recorded live event. Everyone who makes site visits to homes or facilities must have knowledge and skills for staying safe. This interactive discussion will explore best practices for planning, dressing, driving, parking, approaching doors, and responding to conflict when visiting clients or providers. Participants will discuss and learn about effective ways to protect themselves and clients in a variety of settings.

Completion rules
  • Courses are completed when you have opened and worked through every attached document, video or exam. The system will mark your course as "completed."
