We make decisions that not everyone agrees with and must possess the skills to deal with the fallout. Add on a wide array of personalities, inter-family clashes and long-standing behavioral styles and we may have a perfect storm of highly volatile and time-consuming situations to handle. In this training, we explore ways to address high conflict clients and situations including:
