Live training event is on February 10th. Recording will be available 1 week after live event.

**Recorded live event. You must pass the quiz with a score of 80% to receive 1 CEU from the Center for Guardianship Certification. Please check with your state to determine if this CEU meets your needs.**

There's no doubt that guardians need to uncover each client's current situations, past history, problems, values, beliefs and preferences. Sometimes, our clients are willing and able to share this information. Other times, we talk to family, friends or caregivers. Each of these sources can be reluctant or withholding when we probe deeply and begin to uncover facts the person would prefer to keep quiet about. This training explores key questions and techniques for drawing out details while preserving the dignity of all sources.
