Scheduled Virtual Instructor-Led Training

Decisive Discussions on Death Planning

Description
Guardianship Networking is a discussion-focused learning experience where participants explain their opinions and best practices.

Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time, our guardianship networking program focuses on helping clients plan for death and final arrangements. This training builds on our February program on "fact finding." Participants will apply questioning techniques and tools to end of life situations. Together we will practice understanding client expectations and preferences for what happens to them as their lives near the end. "The Five Wishes" advance directive is reviewed because it is legally recognized in 40+ states. We also look at how specific state-mandated forms may be used alongside it.

The course is offered free of charge. Registration is required. 1 CEU from Center for Guardianship Certification will be awarded.
