Join us for an in-depth workshop on the NGA Standards involving "surrogate decision-making." Giving "informed consent" or "refusing consent" are at the heart of a guardian's daily work. What procedures do great guardians use? Are there tools for decision-making that can assist? How are guardians expected to explain or justify their decisions if requested by a court?
