Virtual Instructor-Led Training has breakout group activities, learners typing into chat and into online polls.

Tuesday, April 7, 2026 12 PM-3 PM Eastern Time is a case-study based practice session on writing person-centered care plans. In this workshop, guardians will learn 5 essential topics to include in an accurate, detailed and useful care plan. Simple, practical and powerful, this training includes infographics and examples guardians can use to document a client's current situation, needs and accomplishments, plus a guardian's action list.

Participants need microphones to participate and a keyboard to type responses into polls and chat.

The course is offered free of charge. Registration is required. 3 CEU from Center for Guardianship Certification will be awarded.
