**Recorded live event. You must pass the quiz with a score of 80% to receive 3 CEU credits from the Center for Guardianship Certification. Please check with your state to determine if these CEU credits meet your needs.**

This is a case-study based practice session on writing person-centered care plans. In this workshop, guardians will learn 5 essential topics to include in an accurate, detailed and useful care plan. Simple, practical and powerful, this training includes infographics and examples guardians can use to document a client's current situation, needs and accomplishments, plus a guardian's action list.
