Recorded live event. There's no doubt that guardians need to uncover each client's current situations, past history, problems, values, beliefs and preferences. Sometimes, our clients are willing and able to share this information. Other times, we talk to family, friends or caregivers. Each of these sources can be reluctant or withholding when we probe deeply and begin to uncover facts the person would prefer to keep quiet about. This training explores key questions and techniques for drawing out details while preserving the dignity of all sources.
