Please join us Wednesday, July 8, 2026 11 AM-2 PM Eastern Time for an in-depth workshop on the NGA Standards involving managing money for clients. Guardians of the Person and Guardians of the Estate must meet very high standards for identifying assets, hiring the right people to protects assets, budgeting, and reporting. Reviewing the application of ethical principles, knowledge of government programs, awareness of investment options, maintenance of detailed records, and many more financial skills.

This 3-hour training gives participants the chance to work through best practices as detailed in the NGA Standards of Practice. Case study discussions and small group interactions will enlighten, educate and inform. It also includes exam-style questions that can help you prepare for guardianship certification.Participants need microphones to participate and a keyboard to type responses into polls and chat.

The course is offered free of charge. Registration is required. 3 Ethics CEU from Center for Guardianship Certification will be awarded.
